Power Steering Switch Failure on '01 plymouth neon?

Just the other day my engine light came on and I did the code test. It came up with the code P0551 which I read is a power steering switch failure. I've never heard of this part for a car and neither have the men in my family. So my question is, where is this located and will it be easy for me to fix without taking it to a mechanic?
