My computer is infected with a virus .. the path is C:\WINDOWS\system32\amvo.exe..… amvo.exe is the virus

It has entries in the registry too since my antivirus is not detecting it,I deleted it manually but it reappears. I even disabled it from the start up but it comes back again.I tried shredding the file too but in vain.Can someone tell me a good method to remove it without losing any data please... in dire need of some help .. trusting you'll people .. ready to provide more details ..
