A mugshot magazine published me for the wrong charge, what can i do?

I was arested in florida for petty retail theft of 19$. and now, a month later i find out that my mugshot and my correct name is in a tabloid in harris county texas for grand theft of $5000. so random that i even found out about it. Im tring to get a copy of it right now. can i do anything about it? thats defamation or slander or something, right?
