Do u think she likes me? (girls please help)?

i like this girl alot. me and her often spend time together at school during recess and lunch. we often go to the canteen together and sometimes i buy her things and sometimes she buys me things. its hard to find things to talk to her about tho. also everyday after school i will give her a hug goodbye but it feels awkward and quick. do u think she likes me? what are some things i can look out for that show she might like me? how can i show i like her without actually telling her?
