Pregnant again? Pretty sick this time! Miscarried 8 weeks ago, no period & positive HPT?

I went through this last year. I got pregnant and miscarried at 11 weeks. Then 5 weeks later got pregnant with my daughter. She was a healthy baby born a week late. LOL. Neither time did I feel sick at all. It's possible to not feel pregnant and have a healthy baby.
