What's the best drugstore Self Sharpening Pencil Liner?

I'm looking for one that glides on well and is very rich in color (I always buy brown). Also i've found pencil eyeliners are hard to wash off, are there any that will come off without makeup remover? I was thinking about maybelline define a brow, does it work well?
