Birthday problem! what can i do?

My birthday was yesterday, and my friend had a farewell party on the same date... then she called me and didn't even say happy birthday instead she asked for someone else's phone number. then she hung up. she didn't even care to invite me over to her party. what can i do and what can i tell her?
