Ian Johnson vs Reggie Bush?

Who has had a moore impressive collegiate career out of Ian Johnson (who yes is still at college but only really has a bowl game left before hes out) and Reggie Bush? In relation, who do you think is the better RB? Would either have had the same sucess if they had swapped schools? i.e. reggie bush at Boise and Johnson at USC
