Companies asking for credit report?

A company that is interested in hiring me has notified me that they need my credit report to ensure that I am a legal US citizen and to use a website they have provided in the email (Thinkcreditreports.com). Now I wouldn't be so weary if I could print my own credit score up and bring it into the office for my interview. The email states that when they receive my processing information they will contact me for an interview. Is this a scam or am I just being paranoid and its legit?
