What are the requirements to be called "Rabbi" in Orthodox Judiasm?

There are various uses of the word. There's the technical title, which involves learning about various different religious laws, and gaining a certain level of expertise. There are also people who might not have that technical certification, but serve as a rabbi in a spiritual sense, as a teacher, leader, mentor, etc - and they're called rabbis, as well.
