The theory that life on earth was seeded by an asteroid or meteorite etc seems implausible to me?

It is not that LIFE was in the meteor but Hydrogen frozen was in the meteor. Earth formed inside the Frost line (the frost line is where rock and metal condensed the line is in-between Mars and Jupiter Terrestrial and Jovian Planets) It was too hot for Hydrogen to condense. The theory is that the meteor a very large meteor hit the Earth during the bombardment period and brought Hydrogen to Earth. the Hydrogen was the building blocks of life and with the Hydrogen the Oceans formed and everything evolved from there. I might be missing one thing, but in a nutshell that is the theory. It is not that life was inside the meteor just the building blocks. Titan (a moon of Jupiter) has liquid methane and a methane cycle and we think that there might be a type of life there. Has internal heat caused by tidal heating so it is hot enough for life we think.
