Physics conceptual question on relativity?

No, this is not a paradox. Omitting a discussion of length contraction (which you probably already know about, at least nominally)...all that matters is the RELATIVE motion of the frames. Harry sees Walter moving at exactly the same SPEED as Walter sees Harry moving. Consequently, the observed length contraction is identical to each observer.
