Help remembering the name of this song and it's artist?

I saw this music video on TV today and i thought it was by the Noisettes as i recognised that lead singer but i'm not sure now as i can't find it on YouTube. The singer in the video is a black coloured young woman and might be the lead singer from the Noisettes and in parts of the videos she wears a golden helmet with the tall long blonde coloured tels, i recognise the helmet as the same worn by Royal English Horse Guards and she is wearing a big tel cape thing and she also wears these dress-up trousers of a fawns legs (likes Mr Tumnus in Narnia) and they are white, i wasn't watching the video probable as i was talking to my Mum at the time and i forgot to check the name of the song.
