HELP PLEASE My pet rat is dying!! :'(?

4 years old is a pretty long time for a rat. I really hate to say this to you, as you seem very attached to Skittles, but the red stuff coming from her ears, nose, eyes, can be porpythrin. This, along with the other symptoms you have mentioned "wheezing, labored breathing", all point to a respiratory infection. She will most likely die without veterinary care. Try your best to convince your parents to take her to the vet. If not, then I'm really very sorry.
