Does anyone care how rich Cindy McCain is?

I just saw an article on Yahoo! that asks whether Cindy McCain's fortune is an et or a liability. First of all, let me say that I don't have any intention of voting for John McCain, but it's not because his wife is rich. For that matter, does anyone actually care how rich a candidate or his/her spouse is? After all, it's not as if we actually ever see any poor people running for public office, anyway!
