Am I considered a sellout if I dont think America is racist?

If Ive experience 0% racism since Ive been born, why would I think the country is racist? In fact I think being black is an advantage since I get affirmative action, my own organizations to join, and whites feel guilty about slavery which will be able to let me squeeze more out of them..
